OLD kit P6200 missing cct diagram

I am going through the old junk box, stuff I’ve had twenty years and more. I have found two small boards,
P6200B’, populated but some bits removed, and P6200R’ unpopulated. It has input for mains and a spot for a relay. I can’t remember why the second board hasn’t been used.

The B board has a CD4536 timer chip and a push-button switch on the reverse side.

I am hoping that 1) I can find out what it does and
2) a circuit diagram.
