can someone help me my vertex k8400 nozzle wont heat up iv tested for voltage going to the heating element there is no voltage

Are there any warnings in the log area of the software or LCD screen?
Like Min / Max Temp?
Min Temp = an open on the thermistor on the hot end
Max Temp = a short on the thermistor on the hot end.

thanks there is no error on lcd

Is the LED up by the print head connections turning on?
