Hi got my old k8200 printer working again but…i got something strange…
i know there is a solution for it but cant find it.
i print a calibration block from 20x20x10 but it getting out with 16x16x8
pls help me…want to use the printer again…
Did you shrink it to 80 % before slicing?
Otherwise you should check the number of steps per mm in the firmware for all trhree axis
no not shrinking…so must be the steps.
you know the right way to calculate it ?
and i think flash it, en reset the eprom ?

i did it…its was printing nicely 20,02 x 19,95 so almost perfect…but the next day again 16x16…
i did store the eprom 501 and 500 what else i am not seeing !!
Check the screws in the pulleys on the stepper motors on the X and Y axis.
Make sure they are tight.
The stepper drivers adjust them to 0.55.
You can go up to 0.6 but not over.
They will over heat and really do stupid things.
i did turn up the voltage to 0,55 everything is tight as is…
but still printing 18x18x10 instead 20x20x10
adjust my axis steps to 80,80,2560,700 nothing helps… where else i can check or adjust.
after more en more trying/…looks like its happening…
steps adjusted, send M502 M500 and now… its working…lets see what it ill do tomorrow 
I’m not sure but I think the commands you are sending to it are temporary.
When you power the printer off and then back on the settings are lost.
