Not possible to install PCSU1000

I followed all your instructions propely and did so many attemps to install PCSU1000 on my laptop with 64 bits , but it is not possible to run it properly

Is there a possibility to call you with the intention to help me by phone or is there a possibility to come to your offices so that you can help me directly

  • Driver is properly installed in Windows 10 after " Disabling driver signature enforcement "
  • PCSU1000 works properly in the demo mode
  • Other devices are working properly in the demo mode
  • It works also not when " Run as administrator " is used
  • I see always the message " No hardware response ". Please make sure that the USB cable is connected. If connected , please reconnect USB cable. but again nothing works properly
  • Also when I switch to Hardware setup and I run the program INSTALL_DRV.exe to install the driver. Restart the computer and nothing works properly

If in your PC there is both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 sockets, please connect the PCSU1000 to the USB 2.0 socket.
You may also try with other USB cable.
Can you test the PCSU1000 in other PC?

My laptop is 2 years old

SONY model SVE171E13M
3 USB gates are on the right side and 1 USB gate is on the left side. How can I check 2.0 / 3.0 sockets ?
Because I have only 1 laptop and I’m not able to test on another laptop

Is there same problem if you connect the PCSU1000 to any one of the 4 USB connectors?

Result is the same for the 4 USB gates. PCSU1000 doesn’t work

Very strange that there each time a noice is on my laptop that the connection is done when I connect PCS1000 on my laptop and there is also a noice on my laptop when I disconnect PCS1000 ,
simular then when I connect / disconnect a memory stick
But again. It doens’t work on not 1 of the USB gates of my laptop

Anyhow this may be some sort of driver problem.
Please remove the PCSU1000 driver and then install it again.

When removing the driver, you have to check the check box “Delete the driver software for this device”.
When done, unplug and plug the PCSU1000 and install the driver again.
