I have done all the steps up to when it says to push the button and to feed the filament then it makes all kinds of noises moves around but never loads the filament any suggestions??
Did you check the heater? Does it warm up? Otherwise there will be no activity on the nozzle. Filament movement is suppressed for nozzle temperatures below 150°C.
It appears, that this is your fist 3D printer, at least the first K8400. So to prevent you from bad experiences please search this forum for posts relevant to the temperature control of the nozzles. With bad luck you may have the PEEK isolator wrecked in short time.
Alternatively you can have a short look here: http://ddd.k8400.hoehnemann.net/Heizblock%20EPCOS.html
Good luck and good printing.

it shows on the digital screen that it has heated up to 210 then acts like it wants to load but just makes a noise as the extruder wishes to load but doesn’t yes this is my first vertex I had another printer but wasn’t this sophisticated
The Vellemann K8400 is my first 3D-printer and I don’t think it is too sophisticated. It has some specific problems, which can be mostly easily overcome if they are known.
However, as a next step for your problem I would suggest to dismount the extruder stepper motor and try the same load procedure.
If you have ensured, that the extruder motor is running, you can re-assemble the extruder step by step. Please note that you can fix the mounting screw for the release lever can be tighten that fast, that it is nearly blocking the lever and you cannot apply the necessary pressure for the filament pulley.

Take a sharpie and make a line on the shaft when the hot end gets up to temp and watch the line.
If the shaft is turning but the pulley is not the screw for the pulley is not tight and not of the flat side of the shaft. This has happened to me a couple of times.
got the filament to load now just trying to get it to go to the home position without the stepper engines wanting to continue running once its seated in the home position
all the stop sensors are lit up and it stops there but seems the motors keep running and I dont want to wreck the belts
After resetting the unit, manually move the head to the X and Y home positions and make sure the 2 stop sensors have a tab in them. Lower the bed to see this easier. Sometimes a pulley can stop the movement before the tab reaches fully into the sensor to cut the light beam.
