Hello. I’ve got the k2543 on an old Mazda and it’s been functioning well. However, my attention had lapsed on a recent shopping trip and I accidentally purchased non resistor spark plugs. Does anyone know whether the k2543 kit is susceptible to radio interference or whether it’s safe to use such spark plugs?
Also, on a side note, I’ve been considering replacing my coil with a new 3.5 ohm unit. Does anyone have any experience operating with a coil of this rating? If I recall correctly, the kit can handle up to 4 amps, but my concern is that operating near the maximum may shorten kit longevity.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
