No Trace on screen

Hi,

Just bought it today, need a little device as my other scope is a rather large Fluke PM3394B. Charged it up with the supplied charger and turned it on, menus work ok but no trace line on the screen. Any thoughts ?

That is very strange.
No trace would mean that there is a problem with the input section.
In most cases, this is due to prolonged overvoltage, but since you just bought the unit…
We’d recommend to return it for exchange.
