No more seponse with both printers?

Hello,

I was printing for a week without any problem with the new K2800 (2nd)
After every print session I always restart the PC.

Suddenly only commands are waiting, nothing happens.
frist I measure the drivers and check the thrmistors to see if everything is ok
No improvement.
After uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and rep software, checking all connections, .
Still nothing happens.
Screen gives extruder temp as 0.0°C, though thermistor is ok!
Heatbed temp. is not shown any more.
So I decide to connect my first K8200 printer to the PC and it gives exactely the same problem!!
So I take both printers to another PC, install drivers and rep software and still get the same problem!!!
It can not be the PC
As both printers were working perfect to the last minute, I doubt it if they broke down both at the same time…
I get always a message when installing the driver, I always have to install it twice to get it right.
But it worked before without any problem.
2 leds burn on the motherboard, green and red…?

I am out of ideas.
Anyone?

thank you,
Seb

now I get this message:

Unhandled exception… bla bla

object reference not set to an instance of an object.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I would try to remove repetier host completely and reinstall the latest version from the repetier site.

I have the same problem. After reading post after post on this subject for hours, ive come to the conclusion that Velleman doesn’t know either. Every post i read was unanswered. I’m going to connect my work truck to the printer to see if i can fix it that way. I’ll connect it to the underside of the right rear wheel and see what happens when i drive off. #BoughtTheWrongPrinter

Did you check if the 15V power is ok?
