No display for Output-Extruder in Repetier V1.6.1

the output-extruder is not displayed in Repitier V1.6.1 - anyone know where is the probem ?

if i use “M303” for tune PID temperature the display for Output-Extruder works ! but how can it be that it is not working without M303 command ?
