New PCS 500 not working

I just received my PCS500 and its not working, at least this is what it seems:

  • the led red stays off
  • the software can’t detect the device

any ideea? is there a hidden switch or what?

Check your power supply. It is possible that you have inverted the polarity of the plug. In that case, the internal fuse of the PCS500 will need to be replaced. Unscrew the lid and replace the fuse with a 2A type.
