where can you order parts for new k4800

It depends on why you need the parts, do you simply want spares? Did you damage the parts during assembly? Were they missing or already damaged?

I just want to have spare nozzles.
Yeah those nozzles… No other extruder uses this design… So we cant really swap with something freely available… I would also like to know how we could easily get these.
I just made such a spares order (nozzle, isolator, other “consumables”) with the same major German online reseller I bought the printer from. I emailed them about prices for certain parts, they replied quickly and I placed my order. They wish to ship everything at once and so have been emailing me weekly updates on the parts they’re waiting for. Sadly it’s a month already and they say they’ve “reordered” several parts. Who’s the parts-picker at Velleman that needs to be nudged awake?
Package just arrived today complete, thank you whoever helped. Boy, this is the right place to complain!
