New belts are porose

Hi,

I just assembled my new Vertex Printer and did a few prints.

During assembly i have seen that the belts look like some how porose, or is this just normal?
Can you please give me your opinion?

The outside of mu belts (of my k8200) are smooth.
Hope it helps. .
