Network Interfacing Data Logging K8055

I’ve written a program for the k8055 that enables you to control the k8055 or a parallel interface.

Controlling and monitoring can also be done by a local network and even the internet.
The data from the interface can be logged analog and or digital.

A screenshot is available on http://www.edutechsoft.nl/logscher.html

The program is free and can be downloaded from http://www.edutechsoft.nl/logging.html

There might be some bugs, but it has been proven reliable during my lessons.
You can manipulate the logtime, but only on a local network you can reliably set it on 10 mSec. Set it much higher when you use the internet.

At this moment the program and the manual are Dutch only, but I will make available in (bad) English if some people ask met to do so.

Have fun…

Nice tool, really.

And yes you could make it available in English (or German  ).

thanks,
Manu

Very interesting project!

Can you please make it available in english?

And probably this is asking too much, but would you be willing to make the source-code available, so that I could port it to the K8061?

Thank you so much for your dedication on building this program

In the software you can now select English and a manual is also available.

The source-code is not available. (yet)

Thank you for your attention.

Hilbrand

I’ll check into that a.s.a.p.

Thanks again for your dedication!

Thank You HOB

you have saved me a lot of work
now just to interface my RETRO ZX81 to my laptop so I can Surf the Internet on my ZX81, the first computer I ever owned

I bought some breadboard, an electronics parts catalogue and an electronics magazine today
looks like the fun I always dreamed of in the future when I was a teenager

does the program sample every 10ms at best, or can you get better performance from the board?
Thanks again

I’ve added some functions in the program.

The value of in analog channels is shown beside de floodbar.

Same for the output channels.

The sensitivity of the analog channels is now adjustable.

Now I’m working on lessons for my students to use the program. When ready I’ll make it available, so you can have an idea how to use it with LDR, NTC and PTC.
