I just purchased the Nano VM8600 and completed the setup. My first print was the spool holder. Everything was going good until about a half hour into the build and the leg of the spool holder slid off of the table.I assume that this was because the filament wasn’t at an optimal temperature and when the hotend moved, the filament was cooled down enough that it had hardened and pulled the part. The reason I assume this is that, now everytime I go to start a print, I get a Heating Failure on the display. The heatend temperature is being displayed as 195-200/200 and sometimes the nozzle will start to move towards the table like it’s going to start printing and then i get the error. I have removed the thermistor and the heater and have reinstalled with no additional success.
