Bed temp = 85 degree celsius.
Head for ABS = 235 degree celcius.
All temps are OK !
All power supply OK !
No limit switches are activated.
Fan Ok !
Supply voltage 15.4 V. Ok !
I am getting messages from the printer with ref to temps of bed and head.
I am using Cura on laptop. Cura receives messages of the printer (bed and head temps… Ok !)
I have been printing very high quality for over a year now. Until last thursday… I got a head crash into the ABS model…
Temps of all current driver buffers are OK !.
No hot spots on controller card.
All correct lights (LEDs) are lighten up. But not a single movement on any stepper, as the board is waiting for something. All temps are supplied now with separated independant PSUs. (Just for testing !!!)
I am afraid, I must change controller board now…
Can anybody think of an other reason, the printer refuses to start ?
Problem fix… 170 euro later… A new controller card…
Previous card, all voltages OK.
Printer under simulation mode refuses to start.
See if the velleman engineers pick something up. I am still curious what the real problem is…

If you mean the “dry run” feature of repetier, not that it ONLY works with REPETIER Firmware, NOT with MARLIN!
No, I have build my own simulator. with 4 motors, pots as heater feedbacks and switch to control end of loop.
The board refuses to accept commands from cura…
It happened suddenly… After it has been working for 2 years…
