Its very hard to see what is happening on those very small pictures you provide, only 180x135 pixels. Could you please post some larger ?
Is there grease or oil on the buildtak ? It seems that the extruded filament does not stick. Also the problem areas is in the same place on both prints.
Do the printer head move in a straight line when making the diagonal lines or does it wiggle about as the result show ?
What happens if you try to print something else on the spot with the worst problems ? Seems to be close to the home position. Do you have the same problem ?
Any new strange noise from the printer like a loud D-D-D-D-D ?
There could be some oil on the build plate but before i start a print i clean the build plate.
it’s the same print so that is why it looks the same.
it moves straight but the filement blobs like what sometimes happens in the start and when it does’t stick to the plate.
I just printed something else on that spot and it turned out fine.
No, there isn’t any sounds like D-D-D-D
(thanks for the fast response:)
Indeed your print doesn’t stick on the bed.
From the looks of it your nozzle is too far from the bed which on the other hand is probably not perfectly flat.
Optimal nozzle-bed distance is around 0.2 mm (better less than more).
Your temperature might also be too hot : use 195-200° for PLA and 220-225° for ABS. And adjust the flow to 75%.
thx i fixed the problem
