Motors work but printhead doesn't move

Hello

I just started printing my first object and all of the sudden it stops moving. The PLA still came out but it doesn’t move.

I know bofore that everything always worked (when i did the home position and moved it for calibration) but now it doesn’t

When i turn on the motor to move it, it makes noise and I can see the motor spinning (little hole in the back) but the pulleys don’t move at all.

What’s even more weird, it’s possible to move the axis without disabling the motors.

Anyone got experience on this? Is it broken? Can it be easily fixed or should I disassemble everything?

Check the screws that hold the pulleys on the motors make sure they are tight.
If it’s not that check all of the screws for all of the pulleys.
Do not over tighten them (they can strip easily)
