Douh! That’s really a tough one!

Can you please check if +5v is present on the VDD and EN pins of the drivers?

Hmm, that would mean there is a software problem i think.
I can’t think of a situation where all 4 (and only those) stepper enable outputs of the controller fry.

Did you change anything in the firmware files before flashing?

The problem starts with the original firmware. I had this idea as well and did the update to V2 without any change and now back to the orignal one without any change as well.

Check if you set the right board type in arduino befoe flashing and then flash the firmware again.
After flashing reload firmware eeprom defaults via repetier and try if that changed anything.

If that didn’t work i suggest to uninstall arduino and delete the firmware files.
The redownload and reinstall both, and try again. (make sure to download Arduino [color=#BF0000]1.0.6[/color] NOT 1.6.0!)
Some people reported corrupted firmware file (zip) downloads. Especially with Internet explorer.
