FM radio kit works perfectly except one thing: it does not restore the last selected station when powered on!
Wait a bit. It should give a little beep when you listen to the last selected station after a while, that means it saved the current station.
Thank You for the reply. I can hear the beep when listening the radio. When I power off the radio and switch back on, the last station is not selected. Instead I can only hear random noise meaning that the module is ready to start searching stations. Surprisingly the preset function works fine.
I have a similar problem. It wont remember anything program wise. It beeps ok.volume OK search OK
It looks like the PIC isn’t doing its job.everything else is OK
Can you get pre programmed PIC’s as spare part
