Hey i bought an mk171 and read previously that you can put a dif mic in it as long as its powered. Where would i get a jack for the circut instead of the mic to do this? what would the jack be called that i would need to put in the circut? and what type of mic would i need does the mic need batteries or what?

Basically i want to have a mic coming out of circut in a longer wire.

If you want to operate the kit at a long distance, you can simply remove the onboard MIC and solder a piece of shielded cable between the PCB and the MIC.
