Can not seem to get it to program.
Can not get it to sink up with the remote MK162
Please help.
Most likely an assembly problem.
Look at the IR LEDs of the tx with a digital camera, it can see IR light. Check if the leds flash when a button is pushed. If not, check assembly.
Next, check if PIC on rx receives pulses when the tx is pressed (use multimeter or o-scope on pin 4 (idle: +5V, pulses to 0 when receiving).
If problem persists, return both kits for inspection/repair
