Hello, the clock has stopped working and just has a red blinking dot in the top left corner and no longer shows the time. I have looked for solutions but cannot find any, does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Is there some sort of hard reset? Thanks.
I think the dot should be in the lower right corner.
How are you powering the unit? Battery wall adapter.
You may want to check the button to see if it’s sticking.
