Mk152 only one light turns on

I bought three of these little kits so that if I messed up no big deal but I built all three and all three have the same problem. When I push down the switch just led 1 stays on and then turns off. I checked all the LEDs I checked the capicters everything is correct. Is there away I can test ic1 and 1c2 ?
