MK139 Clap light stays on

I just bought the MK139 and carefully assembled it. It doesn’t work: the Clap light says on. If I clap, nothing happens, I don’t hear the relay switch and the relay led doesn’t light up. I have tried all settings on the switches. Please help.

Very likely a problem in the analog section of the circuit. Please check other posts on this item. Make sure to check a voltages with regards to the op-amp circuit. Check microphone connection.
