Hi there, I am new to electronics so please bear with me !!
I have purchased the MK126 with a view to providing a temporary replacement for my old BMW car alarm which is currently out of commission. To the best of my knowledge I have soldered everything correctly with the exception of R13 which, according to other replies controls the delay. I have tried various resistor values, albeit held in place with my fingers ;), but do not notice much change in the delay duration.
My next door neighbour has 2 newer BMW’s whose alarm flash duration I would like to replicate for authenticity, their alarms give a short flash every 2 seconds.
Can you tell me whether it is possible to make your kit perform to these levels, either with appropriate resistors and/or capacitors.

R13 determines delay time, along with C1 value.
