MK121NTSC Left Player doesn't work right

I built it as instructed, and it seems to work fine at first, but pressing Restart and Left Up at the same time does not set difficulty, it only starts 2P game. Pressing Left Down serves the ball, even though both should have to be pressed. However, if Left Up was stuck or something, then it would move up at the beginning of the game, and it doesn’t do that. Placing my finger on top of the microchip without touching any of the pins causes it to work somewhat, I can move the paddle down and up, but it will move up on its own and won’t move fluidly. I think the chip might be bad, or need reprogramming. Is there a .bin or .hex file I can use to reflash it? I don’t want the source code, just the binary to flash to it.

Strange problem.
Anyway, since it is not an open-source project, we’re unable to supply the .hex.
We’d recommend to return the PIC for inspection/replacement.
Since you have the NTSC version, we assume you are a US resident.

Well, I wasn’t asking for source code, just the compiled binary. But if you can’t provide that either, then I suppose I should call them. Thanks!

From what I can read on the top of the board.
You need to press and hold “Left Up” then press and release “Restart” then release “Left Up”
