Use of tuning has no effect.
Use of varaible capacitor has no effect
When putting my finger on the right leg of volume resistor I get RTBF
première but nothing else.

Make sure all pins of FM front end are soldered.
Check if you get 8VDC on pin 4 of FM front end.
Check if tuning voltage changes on pin 3 of FM front end when you turn tune potmeter.
I have checked what you adviced me to control but no change.
I am not an expert. What is the function of the long IC??
The ‘long IC’ is the FM demodulator.
If you have checked everything within you capablities then we’re afraid the only thing you can do is sending it in for repair. You can either return it to your distributor or send it to the address you can find in the manual.
