Hi,

I have soldered all wires but thenwhen i put the power in the IC2 got hot and then i read here that i might have put it in backwards which i did, so i took the solider off and the golden pins are not there anymore does that mean i have burnt the board or can i still re solider it back on? I will also provide pictures so you can check it is correct.

Can you message me back asap because my last day to hand this project in is tomorrow thanks

It looks like you used a very hot soldering iron and indeed damaged the board. It may be possible to use little wires to connect the pins to other points on the board, normally connected to by the PCB tracks. But with that many points this definitely raises the kit level to “difficult”.
