I would like to adapt the pulse to 0.10~1sec and the pause time to 0.5~10sec.

Sorry, we do not have those values at hand, you might want to experiment.
Keep in mind that relays are ‘slow’, so a pulse time of 0.1s will be difficult to achieve.
The switch over time for a general small relay is 0.2 seconds so 0.1 will be difficult indeed
