Do I hook up my speaker wire to the SK1 block. I also have a three channel K8017 how do I hook up sound to that unit.

Yes the speaker output connects to SK1
It will be marked LS (Loud Speaker)
K8017 has a built in microphone no need for any connection.
Ok one more quick question. On the Single channel units the Triac post and the ic socket post are so close that the solder is touching each other. Is this going to be a problem? thanks

Since this kit uses mains voltage it’s better to be safe then sorry.
