Instead of the LEDs turning on when there’s a noise, the LEDs are dimly on when it’s quiet, then turn off when there’s a noise. I thought I was careful with the polarity, but maybe something is backwards?
You could post Clear pictures of the top and bottom so we can look.
Is T4 part number BC557?
Aha! That was the problem. I hadn’t noticed that T4 was different and had put it in T1 by accident. Now it works! Thanks!
