Mk103 doesn't seem to work

Hello,

I’ve recently started with these awesome projects, but unfortunately my Mk103 doesn’t seem to work. After looking at the fora I noticed my unique transistor was in the wrong place so I switch them. It would really help if someone could take a look at my pictures and hopefully spot the error.

If you misplaced the transistors, then most probably they are damaged
Please replace with same type
