Hello can somobody help me? The leds always are always on when I power it. It doesn’t respond to clapping. The relay you can hear switch, but it doesn’t work. I removed the mic but still it stays on and doesn’t respond. I added two pictures.
- Check your solder joints. Some are very bad.
- Check the clap detection section (components around the LM324, see the schematic in the manual).

Can I redo the solders then? And I think I made a short circuit somewhere. How can i find that problem? Or do I need to redo every solder?
Normally you can: the bad ones with a bit too less solder tin, you can fix with a very small bit of extra soldering tin and give it the time to flow.
The other ones: heat them up and let the solder flow open.
The other ones with enough solder tin but not very good contact with the leg of the component: heat up (make sure component leg also heats up), add a small bit of soldering tin as close to or spot on the component leg, let flow open.
Short circuit caused by soldering tin, remove it with litze wire or a suction pump and redo correctly.
