MK 120 kit help needed

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here and I hope someone to help me.
A few days ago I bought kit MK120 IR Light Barrier. This kit sounds each time something comes between
the beam of IR transmitter to receiver. My question is the following:

Can I by changing something in circuit (transistor, diode or something else) to make it work in opposite
way, I mean to sound each time IR beam flows to the receiver?

Please help if you can. I will appreciate that very much.

Swap pin 9 & 10 of IC1 on receiver.

First of all thanx for your reply.
Now, when you say swap you mean to cut line in pin 9 and connect it to pin 10
and line in pin 10 and connect it to 9? Pin 9 is also connected to resistor and so 10.
What do I have to do for it? Do I have to cut between resistors?

Check diagram:
Pin 9 is NOT connected to pin 12.

Just swap 9 & 10 at the IC.

You are right.
So, if I can understand well, I have to connect everything is connected to pin 9, [color=#FF0000]TO pin 10 (resistors etc),[/color] and viseversa
