Could Velleman please mail me a circuit description for a student project report.
We would appreciate a general description of how the circuit works and choice of ICs used.

We were just wondering why the PLL IC was choosen - as only a part of the IC is being used. Any ideas?
Do you have the formula to calculate the frequency of output pulses from the VCO on pin 4? That woud be quite helpful. Thanks
