Missing Steps

Hello everyone.
Im new at the 3d printing world.
I could assambled all the printer, and it works.
But while im printing, the extruder miss some steps and continue pinting 3/4 cm in x axis side.
What can i do? its a mecanical or electronic problem?

Usually it’s a mechanical issue. Axis are not properly aligned.
