Missing parts from MK111

Let me start by saying that I like the velleman kits, have purchased numerous and plan to continue to do so. However, 2 out of the last 3 kits have been missing parts. The first time I wasn’t too worried about it, just grabbed some transistors on the next trip to the store. The second time it happened is a little discouraging, I suppose I should look a little closer before purchasing (easier said than done as I haven’t seen a parts list visible on the retail packaging.

Sorry this turned into a long winded rant, my point/question is: Does anyone know how to contact a support representative to get missing parts shipped to me?
