hey there i’m from Germany and i bought a vertex nano kit over reichelt.de
but after a short time of building it i recognized that the plastic part that holds the hotend (hotend holder) is missing reichelt send me the support-link but it is offline now for 4 days and i really like to finish this printer and print 
please can you help me with that

The old support system (https://support.velleman.eu) for end users are we megrating to newer platform “customer care platform”: https://customercare.velleman.eu/, so no all functions are live.
