Not a difference in performance, the surface which you use to print on still is a glass one
A mirror surface might be advantageous to be able to watch if the print is turning out well, as you are able to see the print from below in many cases
Also, a mirror surface gives the printer a better look, mainly blocking the ugly looks of the heating bed
