Mikroe HHS 5 and HPS 40 Rechargeable Batteries

Hi

Can we use Rayovac rechargeable batteries in these two hand held scopes?

Will post link to the exact batteries. They are AA’s.

Says 1350. The numbers in manual are lower than that. Manual is older though.

Might be they have improved batteries.

For the HPS40, the batteries: 1350mAh can fit => the specs says: maximum battery size is: 2000mA (bigger batteries will not fit).

Fot the HHS5 or K7105 specs says:
rechargeable battery: 6 x type AA / 800mAh ==> so max batterie size that can fit is max: 800mA.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

We pretty much figure the higher amp batteries will blow out the voltage regulator circuits in the

scopes…

You do seem to say Rayovacs are okay in the ‘better’ HPS40
