Please note that a scope is a Volt meter, not an Ampère meter, it measures tensions, not currents.
Theoretically, you could use a shunt and measure the voltage over the shunt, however, a decent multimeter or clamp A-meter would be a better tool to measure inrush currents.

In the meantime I solved my problem.
I found in my service box a AC Current clamp with output mv/A.
The clamp has 3 selections
4A Output :100mV/A
40 A: 10 mV/A
400 A:1 mV/A
