Maximum size to avoid warping/curving?

Hello, does anybody knows the maximum size of printing without curving since I’m trying to pint a new body for my drone but I cannot avoid curving at the ends of the wings. Will it still warp if I cut it and print it in pieces? Or any other solution is appreciated

Thanks in advance

Keep the nozzle-bed distance <=0.2 mm and use a brim (4-5mm).
If it’s PLA it shouldn’t warp. If it’s ABS, without a heated bed it will warp no matter what.

Hello sir,
Im using a brim 0,7-1mm and its PLA and its still warping. I have been using the method mentioned by velleman to calibrate , A4 paper folded once to get the distance. Now I don’t know any other method of getting 0,2mm
Thanks in advance

Check that your bed is really flat. It’s often bulging in the center so the nozzle-bed distance is higher towards the corners and the filament won’t stick near the corners.
Also make sure that the bed is clean and especially oil-free (fingers, oil from the rods…).
