Maximum dimensions of printer area

Is there anyone who has experience with bigger print area.
I did off course see that in most software you only need to add the printer area limits.
Also you need to build a bigger frame.
BUT: Does it work as it should?

I need to try an application for chemicals.
Therefore I need to be able to move away the nozzle far from the print object/ it is not so that I need to print bigger objects.

I have a K8200 running here in my workshop, but before buying a second one, I would like to find out if anyone has the real experience.

The one I have is tuned already in some ways and I don’t like to break it down now for this experiment.
At this moment I still work with Repetier. But I am also thinking off changing to Cura.
From what I see, there won’t be problems in the software, neither Cura or repetier.

Thanks for any possible answers already.
