What is the maximum output voltage of that shield? I know that Vmax for L298P is 50V but I guess that is not the same for the shield.
Can I connect 24V/0.5A to output pins??
Hello sesetra,
The voltage for motor or stepper (extrenal power for shield and also the “Vs” => Voltage supply IC) is MAX 50V.
The logic Voltage supply “Vss” for IC and and shield arduino is 5V.
So for the motor, You can use 24V / 0,5A for each channel (output). Then the external voltage supply should be: 24V / 1A.
