Mainboard damaged?

Hello,

I have my K8400 since February.
Yesterday i want to start a print.
I drive up my PC and connect it to the K8400…> all normaly
(Display works and i can see the temperature on the Repetier Software)
Then i connect the Printer to 230 V …> all normal
I start the print and all runs normaly.
After 10 minutes the display was clear (only Bachground light)
The Stepper stand still and all Extruder Heating was on…only
I disconect the Printer from Power and USB and trie later to conect
them to Powerd. The same.
Only the two Nozzle Heating runs while Repetier dont start them.
The two Driver LED from X and Y was on but nothing runs.
To press the Rest Button is not the solution.

Is my Mainbord damaged ??
Where can i get a newone very quick
it is possible to buy an alternative in any shop ?

Have you tried re-flashing the firmware?

No i didnt.
I would try it.

Not sure what the problem is, but it is worth giving it a try before returning the board and LCD module for inspection/repair.

so i trie to flash the software but
the Arduino cant connect to the board ( time out )
Repetier cant connect to the printer to.
The Chip on the Board was very hot.
I believe the Bord is damaged.

In that case please return it for inspection/repair.

I think is very expensive when you repair it.
How long does i wait for ?

Difficult to say but certainly less than a new board.
There is also a chance that repair is performed under warranty conditions.
Turnaround time is usually 7-10 days.
