Hello everyone i have a problem with the printer showing the M999 error at the start up of repetier and also 2 red lights are on near e-motor and x-motor drivers when i plug in the usb. What should i do ?

M999 means that either the bed or the extruder is out of tolerance.
if one of them is reading 0.00C you have an open going to the the thermistor.
If they reading something like 700C or more you have a short going to that thermistor.
Without being turned on they should read around room temp 23C
