Does Velleman (or anyone else) have any recommendations for lubrication, especially for the plastic extruder gears?

I used silicon grease on the extruder gears.
For the linear bearings, I washed them out with solvent, then used a light machine oil to fill the ball paths.
We use silicon grease, works fine for us.
