Loading PLA Filament on K-8400 Err. MINTEMP

Cant load it becouse of Error: MINTEMP, Why? Help pls. How to reset the error?

This sounds like an open on the thermistor.
Follow the wires from the thermistor to the green block.
They should be plugged into the middle connectors
if they are measure the resistance at the wires.
At room temp it should be around 100K ohms.
