i need to build a judging stage. three judges with remote switches to indicate a green light or red light and a off (no light). each judge should have their own set of lights (red and green) the lights will be stationary. the judges will be mobile. the judges will not move beyond 25 feet of the indicating lights. the power source for the light stand has not been determined since the receiver/receivers have not been designated. is there a kit/kits that i can use from velleman, solder or pre-built.
i thought of using a garage door controller, replacing the up and down of the receiver to activate green and red lights.
do you have a better idea?
does velleman have this set-up already?
VM130 (RF) or MK161/162 (IR) could do the job.
what is a VM130? is it a kit or a module. i can’t find it in the velleman web site.
is it just the control, the receiver, or both. or is it a set to handle all of my needs?
