Do sombody know to tell me, how many voltage do I need to have on pin 3 of com port1, because my red LED4 don come on when I tessting hardware.
Tranzistors T1-BC547C and T2-BC557 are ok ,but I have -0.5V on the base T1-BC547,because -0.8V comming from pin3 of com1.
